We Make Financing Orthodontic Treatment Affordable in Berkeley CA!
It is our goal to provide you with outstanding orthodontic care that fits your budget. We understand that orthodontics is both a personal and financial investment and every patient has different needs when meeting their financial obligations. For this reason, we offer several payment options. For payments due at the time of service we accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. For treatment provided over a period of time we offer the following payment options for most patients:
- Payment in Full – A 5% discount is offered when payment is made in full by check or cash when treatment begins for full braces or Invisalign.
- Automatic Checking Account Draft – A 3% discount is offered when you select no-interest monthly installments for treatment, conveniently drafted from your checking account (a one-time down payment for placement of appliances is required)
- Automatic Credit Card Charge – No interest financial arrangements are also available in monthly installments charged to your credit card (a one-time down payment for placement of appliances is required)
Our monthly payment program is a convenient way to spread the cost of treatment out over time and due regardless of whether a patient is seen during the month. It is our goal to finish our patient’s treatment with the best possible result in the shortest amount of time. Consequently, there is no refund or credit given for finishing treatment before the estimated time. This is simply an added benefit of choosing Dr. Iezman and his team as your orthodontic treatment provider.
Insurance
Our financial team is glad to file your claims for you on your behalf, which is an additional service many orthodontic offices do not provide. Insurance policies vary, so we recommend you contact your insurance carrier directly for the specifics of your policy.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our “New Patient” questionnaire.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a contract between patients and their insurance company and while we are happy to assist our patients, the responsibility for accurate information, payments, and continuity of coverage is still theirs. If during the course of treatment, benefits change or the insurance company does not pay their expected portion, patients are still responsible for all unpaid treatment fees.
If you have questions about any of our office financing policies, please contact us.
